Located in WNY, Virginia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing care for clients in NY and FL. With specialized training in Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, and Level 1 Sand tray, she tends to connect best with those working through anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. This includes, but is not limited to family planning and fertility.

Counseling sessions are offered for individual adults, as well as children (ages 3-12) and their families.
Sessions are offered virtually Monday- Thursday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, and offered in person on Fridays from Friday 10 AM to 5 PM.
